[Mod_layout] mod_layout 3.4

Hi!

mod_layout 3.4 has been released. It fixes a typo in the help system,  
and more importantly fixes a crashing issue with page boundaries.

Only Apache 1.3 versions were affected by this, 2+ use a different  
design.
